We are dedicated to offering personalized care, fostering recovery, and promoting dignity and independence through comprehensive support, therapeutic services, and community integration. Our goal is to help each resident lead a fulfilling and meaningful life, while supporting their journey toward mental well-being and self-sufficiency. Who We Serve

At K&S Housing Transformation, we’re committed to serving individuals who can benefit most from our supportive environment. To qualify for housing, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Age Requirement

Men aged 18 and older

Mental Health or Developmental Diagnosis

Must have a clinical diagnosis of one or more mental illnesses or developmental disabilities

Age Substance Use Background

Experience with recurring substance abuse challenges
